• The requesters from the following countries must ask their sickness insurance to provide an attestation of Sikness Insurance valid in Russia for the lenght of there stay (Original with dates of the travel) for the citizen of Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Greece, Israel, Italia, Luxembourg, Netherland, Portugal, Finland and France.

Beside that, they have to provide a sikness insurance form.
