Moscow - Transfer
We offer transportation services for visitors to Russia. We will be pleased
to arrange transfers from any airport or railway station in Moscow to your
hotel or the other way round.
We provide our clients with comfortable cars or minibuses depending on
the number of visitors. Our professional
drivers will get you quickly to the place you need and ensure your trip
is absolutely safe.
Waiting Time
- At the airport the car will wait for the client 1 hour after the arrival time
- At the railway station the car will wait for the client 30 minutes after the arrival time.
- At the hotel the car will wait for the client 1 hour the time the car has been ordered for.
- If the client does not appear within the time given above the order is considered to be fulfilled.
- In case the client wants to extend the waiting time, he/she can do so on the condition of extra payment. The payment charged in this case is per full hour (not 30 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes) and equals 25% of ordered vehicle price per hour.
- Sheremetievo 2: Our representative 'll wait for you at the arrival hall. In any problem,after having finished with Passport Control & Customs formalities, you should leave the Customs Zone and go to the stand No.4 located in the Arrival Hall and report himself there.
- Domodedovo: Our representative'll wait for you at the arrival hall. In any problem, after having finished with Passport Control & Customs formalities, you should leave the Customs Zone and go to the Stand No.73 located in the Arrival Hall and report himself there.
- Transfert during night time (21h00 to 07h00) : 50% extra.
