PROGRAM

Day 1 - Dec 24
Arrival in St. Petersburg. Transfer from the airport to the hotel, accommodation.

Day 2 - Dec 25
Folklore performance, games then 1-hour transfer to Christmas lunchvenue and return transfer. Evening your own free time for more Christmas fun!

Day 3 - Dec 26
Morning three hour walking tour of St Petersburg, to include Palace Square, the canals and cathedrals. Buddy will assist in getting tickets for the Hermitage-the legendary art collection displayed in the Winter Palace.

Day 4 - Dec 27
Morning departure to Novgorod (approx 3-4 hrs) by mini bus. The rest of day is free.

Day 5 - Dec 28
Morning walking tour of Novgorod, visit to Village Museum. Evening transfer to the train station for over night train to Moscow.

Day 6 - Dec 29
 Early morning arrival to Moscow and transfer to the hotel. Then a three hour walking tour of the capital to include Red square and St Basil`s catherdral.

Day 7 - Dec 30
Assistance in getting tickets for the Kremlin*. Free afternoon to check out Arbat Street for a little shopping, a ballet performance.

Day 8 - Dec 31
Free day. Early evening transfer to the restaurant for New Years eve dinner in the city. After dinner possible walk to the Red Square for the fireworks and to see President Putin wish you “Happy New Year” on the big screen. (Metro stays open till 4.00 am)

Day 9 - Jan 1
Transfer to the airport.
